**Job Title: Graphic Designer and Video Editor**

**Location**: Bhopal
**Employment Type**: Full-time
**Salary**: ₹10,000 - ₹20,000 per month
**Experience**: 2+ years in Video Editing and Graphic Designing

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts for graphic design and video content.
- Design eye-catching graphics for social media, websites, brochures, product packaging, and other marketing materials using software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW.
- Handle the end-to-end video production process, including planning, filming, editing, and post-production.
- Operate cameras, set up lighting, and ensure high-quality video and audio capture for product demos, promotional videos, and other content.
- Edit and enhance video content using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects to create professional, polished videos.
- Incorporate animations, graphics, and sound effects into videos to elevate production quality.
- Optimize video content for various platforms and devices while maintaining consistency and quality.
- Organize and manage design and video assets efficiently, ensuring all files are stored and managed properly.
- Stay updated on the latest design and video editing trends, software, and industry best practices to ensure innovative content.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW) and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
- Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout.
- Solid experience in video production, including camera operation, lighting setup, and audio recording.
- Ability to develop creative and innovative designs and video concepts.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in motion graphics or animation.
- Basic knowledge of 3D modeling or AR/VR video concepts is a plus.
- A portfolio showcasing previous graphic design and video production work is preferred.
