Position Overview:
As a Graphic Designer Executive, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs to effectively convey the university's brand message and values. Working closely with the Marketing and Communications team, you will translate ideas into visually stunning graphics that engage target audiences across various platforms.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop creative designs, layouts, and illustrations for digital and print materials, including brochures, websites, social media graphics, posters, banners, advertisements, and other promotional materials.
2. Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications team to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience to create impactful designs.
3. Ensure brand consistency and maintain visual identity guidelines while creating and adapting designs.
4. Conceptualize, design, and produce engaging infographics, charts, and visual aids for internal and external presentations.
5. Work closely with the web development team to create visually appealing and user-friendly website interfaces.
6. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging design technologies to provide innovative design solutions.
7. Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion within scheduled timelines.
8. Ensure the accuracy and quality of final graphics, including proofreading and reviewing files before publication or distribution.
9. Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas and contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes.
10. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior graphic designers, as needed.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field, with 1-3 years of experience in graphic design roles.
2. A strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of design styles and creative approaches.

**Salary**: 18,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month
