Job Title: Sales Outsourcing BPO Coordinator

Department: Business Development Location: Remote Reports To: EVP Bus Development

Job Summary:
The Sales BPO Coordinator will be responsible for managing the administrative functions of the sales processes within the business process outsourcing (BPO) industry. This role ensures smooth coordination between internal teams and deliver qualified leads to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Process Coordination: Oversee and streamline outsourced sales processes, ensuring seamless integration with internal workflows.
- Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and report on KPIs and SLAs for outsourced sales teams, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Identify areas for process improvement within the sales department and recommend solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations, and finance) to provide support for sales initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Training & Onboarding:

- Coordinate onboarding activities for new sales team members, ensuring they have access to necessary tools and resources.
- Work with sales leadership to organize training sessions and workshops to enhance team performance.
- Reporting: Prepare and present detailed performance reports, including insights and recommendations for optimization, to stakeholders.
- Compliance: Ensure all sales activities adhere to regulatory standards and company policies.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience:

- 3-5 years of experience in sales coordination, outsourcing, or BPO management.
- Familiarity with the BPO industry, preferably within a sales or client-facing role.
- Skills:

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with senior leadership.
