- Contacting potential customers via telephone to sell plans for various products and services.
- Explaining the features and benefits of the plans and addressing customer queries and concerns.
- Achieving sales targets and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintaining accurate and complete records of customer interactions and sales transactions in the CRM system.
- Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends to effectively communicate with customers and close sales.
- Collaborating with team members and other departments to achieve common goals and improve overall sales performance.

SELECTION CRITERIA
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 06 months of sales (outbound/inside sales/BPO Sales) experience
- Good English and Hindi communication skills

REQUIRED SKILLS
- Ability to achieve sales targets and handle customer queries
- strong understanding of sales techniques, such as prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.
- Basic understanding of the company’s products and services.
