Couple Panchkarma Therapist

**Job Duties & Responsibilities: -**
- Perform a range of spa treatments (e.g., massages, waxings, facials, body treatments, etc.)
- To perform opening and closing procedures of therapy rooms.
- To arrange treatment room, treatment materials and drapes.
- To regularly monitor stock levels of oils, treatment materials and ensure maintenance of adequate stock levels at all the times.
- Acknowledge and appropriately respond to client requests and questions
- Evaluate clients' soft tissue condition, joint quality and function, muscle strength, and range of motion
- Develop and propose client treatment plans that specify which types of massage are to be used
- Consult with clients about their medical histories and any problems with stress and/or pain in order to determine whether massage would be helpful
- Massage and knead the muscles and soft tissues of the human body in order to provide treatment for medical conditions, injuries or wellness maintenance
- To provide individualised bodywork treatments that meet the clients/ patients’ needs and expectations.
- Assess patient/client needs and inquire about contraindications like any allergies, high blood pressure and pregnancy before beginning the service.
- Maintain hospital and treatment room appearance/ cleanliness according to Standard Operating Procedures.
- Maintain knowledge of hours of operation, reservations, fees, treatments, products and merchandise as well as pertinent hospital information.
- Set up and organise workstation with designated supplies, forms and resource materials; report shortages to supervisor.
- Ensure maintenance of high standard of service throughout the hospital.
- Possess complete knowledge of correct maintenance and usage of equipment. Also, use equipment only as intended.
- Anticipate patient’s/ client's needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all patients/ clients, at any given point of time.
- Maintain positive patient/client relations at all times and maintain client details and confidentiality.
- Try to resolve patient/client complaints, ensure patient/client satisfaction and inform the management about any incidents or patient/client complaints.
- Handle emergency procedures and report any accidents to your manager and security.
- Handle inappropriate patient/client behaviour as per the hospital’s Standard Operating Procedures for inappropriate conduct for patient/clients and therapists.
- Frequently check with patient/client to promote comfort, safety and security throughout service.
- Fill out necessary reports or data at the end of each session.
- Attend all scheduled meetings, classes and training sessions; knowledge required within the hospital must be passed on to co-workers.
- Assist other staff in folding of all linens used in treatment rooms.

**Required Qualifications: -**
- Experience working in a spa or therapy center environment preferred
- 4+ years' experience as a professional massage therapist
- Proficient knowledge of reflexology, Swedish, prenatal, hot stone, trigger point, sports, and deep tissue massage
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Exceptional computer skills
- Great interpersonal skills
- Dexterous and able to stand for extended periods
- Ability to keep a well-groomed, professional appearance
- Ability to perform massages on diverse clients.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
