Female Panchkarma Therapist

**Urgent Requirement for Female Panchakarma Therapists preferably from Kerala.**

**Position Summary**:
Handling all massages/therapies as per the Hospital operational and treatment standards. Responsible for all massages and treatment related activities, and for the safety of the patient/clients in the therapy room.

Maintains appropriate standards of conduct, dress, hygiene, uniform appearance and posture of himself/herself and all personnel involved in the massage room operation.

**Therapist Duties and Responsibilities**:
1. Perform opening and closing procedures of therapy rooms.

2. Arrange treatment room, treatment materials and drapes.

3. Handling Panchakarma OPDs.

4. Provides individualised bodywork treatments that meet the patient/clients/patients needs and expectations.

5. Obtains the basic medical history for a client,from consulting physician and perform treatment accordingly as instructed.

6. Assess patient/client needs and inquire about contraindications like any allergies, high blood pressure, and pregnancy before beginning the service.

7. Maintains hospital and treatment room appearance, cleanliness according to standard operating procedures.

8. Handling non-relief cases to increase relief

9. Set up and organise workstation with designated supplies, forms and resource materials; report shortages to supervisor.

10. Ensures that a high standard of service is maintained throughout the hospital.

11. Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment, also use equipment only as intended.

12. Anticipate patient/client's needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all patient/clients, however busy and whatever time of day.

13. Maintain positive patient/client relations at all times and maintain client details and confidentiality.

14. Try to resolve patient/client complaints, ensuring patient/client satisfaction and inform the management about any incidents or patient/client complaints.

15. Handle emergency procedures and report any accidents to your manager and security.

16. Handle inappropriate patient/client behaviour as per the hospitals standard operating procedures for Inappropriate conduct for patient/clients and therapists.

17. Frequently check with patient/client to promote comfort, safety and security throughout service.

18. Fill out necessary reports or data at the end of each session.

19. Attend all scheduled meetings, classes and training sessions; knowledge required within the hospital must be passed on to co-workers.

20. Assists with folding of all linens used in treatment rooms.

21. Carry out any other duties assigned by management.

22. Performing different types of massages, beauty treatments, and wellness therapies.

23. Explaining massages, treatments, and therapies to guests and providing suitable recommendations as needed

**24. Couple **therapists can apply.**
- Should be graduate and holding relevant education qualification.
- Should have relevant work experience of at least 5 years.
- Should have Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Interacting with customers & ensuring a high degree of Customer Service
- Ability to Build a good rapport with customers and suggesting suitable products & services to them.
- Stock Maintenance and handling calls at the front desk.
- Should be able to deliver a variety of spa services (body treatments, massages, facials, waxing and manicure/pedicure) in a safe and comfortable manner.
- Should have traditional Panchakrama skills and ability to perform standard Panchakarma therapies.
- Should be able to book wellness packages for clients.
- Should be willing and have positive attitude to work as per flexible working hours.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
