**Job Title: Ayurveda Panchkarma Doctor**

**Location**: Vasant Kunj Centre, New Delhi
**Employment Type**: Full-time
**Experience Required**: Minimum 3 Years (Post BAMS)

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct **Nadi Pariksha (pulse diagnosis)** and detailed Ayurvedic consultations.
- Design personalized **Panchkarma treatment plans** based on dosha imbalance and patient condition.
- Supervise and guide the Panchkarma therapists and ensure treatment quality and safety.
- Confidently explain the treatment benefits, therapy plans, and **package charges** to clients and encourage bookings.
- Handle and build rapport with **HNI and premium clients** with professionalism and empathy.
- Ensure smooth operation of the centre’s Panchkarma unit, including maintaining treatment protocols and patient satisfaction.
- Possess **deep knowledge of Ayurvedic medicines, formulations, and diet/lifestyle** recommendations.
- Work closely with the management to **achieve monthly revenue and patient conversion targets.**:

- Prepare case studies, maintain patient records, and monitor treatment outcomes.
- Participate in wellness awareness sessions, workshops, and promotional activities.
- Lead and motivate the therapy team to maintain discipline, efficiency, and team spirit.

**Key Requirements**
- **BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery)** from a recognized university.
- Minimum **3 years of professional experience** in Panchkarma practice or Ayurvedic wellness centers.
- Strong clinical understanding of chronic disorders and lifestyle diseases.
- Excellent communication and patient counselling skills.
- Confidence to handle and communicate effectively with HNI and corporate clients.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet **financial and performance targets.**:

- Leadership skills with team-handling capability.
- Immediate availability preferred.

**Compensation**
