About the Role

We are seeking a
young, energetic, confident, and personable Ayurveda Panchkarma Doctor (BAMS)
with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Panchkarma therapies, Ayurvedic consultation, and holistic wellness management.

The ideal candidate should possess a
deep understanding of all major Panchkarma therapies
, strong communication and counselling skills, and the ability to build trust and comfort among patients, including premium and HNI clientele.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct
    Nadi Pariksha (pulse diagnosis)
    and detailed Ayurvedic consultations.
  • Design
    personalized Panchkarma treatment plans
    based on dosha imbalance and patient needs.
  • Supervise and guide therapists to ensure
    treatment quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
  • Confidently explain treatment benefits, therapy plans, and package charges to clients and encourage enrolments.
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with HNI and premium clients
    with empathy and professionalism.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operation of the Panchkarma unit.
  • Maintain treatment records, case studies, and monitor patient outcomes.
  • Participate in
    wellness sessions, workshops, and promotional activities.
  • Work with the management team to achieve revenue and performance targets.

Key Requirements

  • BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery)
    from a recognized university.
  • Minimum
    3 years of clinical experience
    in Panchkarma and Ayurvedic wellness.
  • Excellent communication, counselling, and presentation skills.
  • Young, confident, convincing, and energetic
    professional with a warm and presentable personality.
  • Deep knowledge of
    Ayurvedic formulations, therapies, and lifestyle management.
  • Strong ability to handle HNI and corporate clientele
    gracefully.
  • Goal-oriented and team-focused mindset.
  • Immediate joiner preferred (ready to join within 1–2 days).
