**Job Title: English & Critical Reasoning Faculty**

**Location**: Patna, Bihar

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans for English and Critical Reasoning, tailored to the needs of students preparing for entrance exams.
- Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to students to track their progress.
- Create and curate study materials, including practice tests and revision notes.
- Stay updated with the latest exam patterns and trends to ensure the curriculum is relevant and effective.
- Foster a positive and interactive classroom environment that encourages student participation.
- Organize workshops, seminars, and mock tests to enhance students' exam readiness.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in teaching English and Critical Reasoning, specifically for CAT, CLAT, or similar competitive exams.
- Strong understanding of the exam syllabus, patterns, and preparation strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹80,000.00 per month
