We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Spoken English Faculty member for a short-term contractual position.**

**Job Responsibilities:**
**- Conduct engaging and interactive spoken English classes for students.**
**- Develop lesson plans and teaching materials that cater to the diverse learning needs of students.**
**- Assess students' proficiency levels and provide constructive feedback to help improve their language skills.**
**- Organize and facilitate group discussions, debates, and presentations to enhance students' communication abilities.**
**- Assist students in preparing for interviews, public speaking, and other communication-related activities.**
**- Collaborate with other faculty members to integrate language learning with the overall curriculum.**
**- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and progress.**

**Qualifications and Experience:**
**- Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.**
**- Proven experience teaching spoken English, preferably at the college level.**
**- Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.**
**- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.**
**- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.**
**- Flexibility and adaptability to cater to the needs of students from diverse backgrounds.**

**Duration:**
**- 1 Month (Contractual)**
