**Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching oral communication skills -**Develop students' ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
- **Literature and communication -**May incorporate literature to enhance communication skills and critical thinking.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- **Curriculum design**: Develop and update course materials, syllabi, and assessments to align with current nursing practices and educational standards.
- **Integration of communication skills**: Integrate communication skills into the broader nursing curriculum.
- **Student Support**:

- **Academic advising**: Provide guidance and support to students on academic matters, including course selection and career planning.
- **Mentoring**: Offer mentoring and guidance to students, particularly in areas of communication and writing.
- **Supervision**: Supervise student projects and clinical placements.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- **Assessment of student performance**: Assess student performance through various methods, including exams, assignments, and oral presentations.
- **Feedback and grading**: Provide timely and constructive feedback to students, and assign grades.

**Educational Qualification**: Master's Degree in English

**Experience Required**: 3 - 5 years in Teaching

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
