**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach English language, business communication, and soft skills to BBA & BCA students.
- Design and deliver lectures, assignments, and assessments in line with the curriculum.
- Foster critical thinking, writing, and effective verbal communication among students.
- Provide academic counseling and mentoring to students.
- Participate in curriculum development and syllabus revision as needed.
- Conduct workshops or seminars on communication, resume writing, and interview skills.
- Contribute to departmental meetings, events, and academic activities.
- Ensure timely evaluation and feedback of student performance.
- Stay updated with educational trends and integrate modern teaching techniques.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in English / English Literature / Communication Studies or equivalent (PhD preferred).
- Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience at the undergraduate level, preferably with BBA/BCA students.
- Strong command over written and spoken English.
- Familiarity with teaching business communication and technical writing is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and classroom management skills.
- Proficiency in using digital tools for teaching (e.g., LMS, PPTs, online assessments).

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in outcome-based education (OBE).
- Ability to engage students through interactive and participatory teaching methods.
- Capability to contribute to co-curricular activities and student development initiatives.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
