**Qualification Required**:

- **M.Pharm (Master of Pharmacy)** from a recognized university/institution (any specialization such as Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmacognosy, etc.).

**Experience Required**:

- Minimum **2 years of teaching or research experience** in a recognized pharmacy college or pharmaceutical industry.

**Salary Range**:

- ₹15,000 to ₹40,000 per month (depending on qualification, specialization, and experience).

**Job Type**:

- Full-time / Regular

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Prepare lesson plans, course materials, and laboratory manuals as per the curriculum.
- Supervise and guide students in laboratory work, projects, and research activities.
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and practical examinations.
- Ensure proper maintenance and utilization of laboratory equipment and materials.
- Assist in developing curriculum and academic planning for the department.
- Participate in academic audits, NAAC/PCI compliance, and institutional development programs.
- Engage in research, publications, and faculty development programs.
- Support departmental and institutional events, workshops, and seminars.
- Maintain discipline, academic integrity, and high teaching standards.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Familiarity with **PCI norms** and academic regulations.
- Excellent communication, teaching, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to handle laboratory sessions safely and effectively.
- Commitment to academic excellence, innovation, and teamwork.
