he Activity Assistant supports the resort’s recreation and guest engagement programs by organizing, coordinating, and conducting activities for guests of all ages. The role ensures a fun, safe, and enjoyable environment that enhances the overall guest experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Guest Engagement**:

- Welcome guests and explain available recreational activities, tours, and entertainment options.
- Assist in creating a lively, friendly, and inclusive environment.
- Encourage guest participation in activities.
- **Activity Planning & Execution**:

- Organize indoor and outdoor activities such as trekking, nature walks, cycling, yoga, cooking demos, cultural programs, campfires, games, or children’s activities.
- Assist the Activity Manager (if present) in developing schedules, maintaining activity boards/calendars, and preparing materials/equipment.
- Coordinate with local artists, guides, or trainers for specialized experiences.
- **Safety & Supervision**:

- Ensure all activities are carried out safely and guests are briefed on rules/instructions.
- Monitor children’s activities when required.
- Inspect and maintain recreational equipment (sports gear, bicycles, board games, etc.).
- **Support & Logistics**:

- Prepare venues for activities (set up equipment, seating, props).
- Maintain activity records (attendance, guest feedback).
- Help manage inventory of activity supplies.
- **Customer Service**:

- Answer guest queries regarding local attractions, excursions, and resort activities.
- Collect feedback and report to supervisors to improve guest satisfaction.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Good communication skills in English (plus Malayalam/Hindi is an advantage).
- Outgoing, friendly, and guest-oriented personality.
- Ability to lead groups and encourage participation.
- Basic knowledge of outdoor activities, fitness, or local culture.
- First aid training preferred.
- Prior hospitality, recreation, or customer service experience is a plus.

**Work Conditions**
- Mostly on-site at the resort, both indoors and outdoors.
- Flexible schedule (weekends, evenings, and holidays often required).
- May include physical activity (walking, lifting, outdoor events).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
