**Job Description: Marketing Business Development Associate (BDA) - Aaoseekhe**

**Role Overview**: As a Marketing Business Development Associate at Aaoseekhe, you will play a key role in expanding the company's outreach and fostering partnerships with educational institutions. Your primary focus will be visiting universities and colleges, engaging with Heads of Departments (HODs) and Points of Contact (POCs), and facilitating the organization of impactful sessions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct campus visits to universities and colleges, effectively representing Aaoseekhe's brand and services.
- Build and maintain relationships with HODs and other key decision-makers to promote partnership opportunities.
- Present Aaoseekhe's offerings and benefits to faculty, administrative staff, and students.
- Collaborate with educational institutions to plan, coordinate, and manage interactive sessions or workshops.
- Identify and leverage networking opportunities within the educational ecosystem to enhance visibility and reach.
- Work closely with internal teams to customize presentations and ensure effective communication tailored to the target audience.
- Gather feedback from session participants and liaise with the team for continuous improvement of content and delivery.
- Track and report on outreach progress and maintain detailed records of interactions and agreements.
- Assist in designing and executing marketing campaigns aimed at building engagement within universities and colleges.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders.
- Experience in conducting presentations and public speaking.
- Ability to travel for in-person meetings and events.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in both Hindi and English is an advantage for wider outreach.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in sales or business development, particularly in an educational setting.
- Knowledge of the higher education sector and understanding of university operations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
