We are looking for a **Telecaller** to join our sales and customer support team. If you have excellent communication skills and love interacting with people, we want you on board

**Responsibilities**:
**Outbound & Inbound Calls**
- Make calls to potential customers and explain our video production services.
- Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide necessary information.

**Lead Generation & Follow-ups**
- Identify potential clients and generate sales leads.
- Follow up with interested customers to convert leads into sales.

**Customer Relationship Management**
- Maintain a database of client interactions and feedback.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships for long-term engagement.

**Product Knowledge & Promotion**
- Understand our video production services and offer tailored solutions to clients.
- Share promotional offers and explain pricing details.

**Key Requirements**

✔ **Education**: 12th pass / Graduate (Any field)
✔ **Experience**: 1+ years
✔ **Language Skills**: Fluent in Hindi & English (Any additional language is a plus)
✔ **Soft Skills**: Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
✔ **Tech Skills**: Basic knowledge of MS Office & CRM software (preferred)
