Reporting to: Director of Marketing

Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of customer relationship managers and their downline team.
- Develop and implement customer support policies and procedures to enhance the customer experience and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Vice President of Marketing to develop and execute commercial goals and strategies.
- Analyse customer feedback and develop strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Work with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns to attract and retain customers.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and market conditions to make informed decisions.
