Education and Qualifications

Minimum 6 years of experience as a Product Designer and substantial experience in the IT industry.
BFA / MFA /B.Des/M.Des degree in design or equivalent (e.g. interaction, visual communications.
Knowledge of Product Design, Design Thinking and Usability Principles is a must.
Proficient in quick prototyping.

Strong visualisation and conceptualization skills required.
A good hands-on experience of designing, maintaining and implementing design systems with precision from start to finish including the execution of design in the development phase.
Excellent control and command on visual design aesthetics and principles. Focus on practicing this knowledge to multi-channel digital experiences.
Eye for detail and a passion for delivering quality with speed and productivity, should be able to grasp and distill highly complex issues and translate them into understandable and systematic solutions.
Strong ideation skills and competency in storytelling to demonstrate ideas to clients and other stakeholders.
Should have a good understanding of responsive, fluid & adaptive design approaches.
Proficiency in visual and interactive tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.
Capable to function independently and collaboratively as per the need of a team environment.
Should be a self-starter, proactive, self-motivated, able to handle work independently, and perform multiple tasks under mínimal supervision.

Education and Qualification:
Degree in design/visual arts or equivalent portfolio and experience.
Knowledge of product design, visual communication and usability best practices is required.
Must have good communication (both written and verbal) and presentation skills.
An excellent online portfolio exhibiting all of the above.

Leading all design activities from inception to execution and launch.
Solve complex use cases into logical user journeys and transform them into an elegant solution
Develop high level and detailed wireframes, visual mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate ideas, information flow, and interaction design
Create design frameworks and design system guidelines for the development team to deliver quality outcomes
Collaborate with designers and PMs to shape the product
Manage day-to-day relationships with internal and external project stakeholders.
Fully own multiple projects and work autonomously at times.
Mentor other designers in the team and motivate them to achieve excellency.
Contribute to the development of the design team’s culture and quality standards.
Always stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies
Strong hands-on expertise using UX and design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Axure, Sketch, Figma etc.
Leveraging product data and market research to identify opportunities for both new products and existing feature improvements
