**About Us**

We at CP HR Services are hiring on behalf of our client, a reputed interior blinds manufacturing business. The company specializes in high-quality and stylish window treatments for homes and offices, using advanced manufacturing techniques and premium materials.

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive for our client’s Pune location. The role involves generating new business, promoting window blinds and interior solutions, and building strong relationships with clients in the wood, flooring, and interiors industry.

**Key Responsibilities**

Generate leads and meet potential clients (architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors).

Pitch window blinds and interior solutions to customers.

Conduct site visits, take measurements, and understand client requirements.

Develop strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and industry professionals.

Achieve monthly sales targets and submit regular sales reports.

Coordinate with the production team for smooth order execution.

**Requirements**:
Experience: 1-4 years in sales/marketing (preferably from wood, flooring, interiors, or building material industry).

Education: Graduate in BBA / B.Com / Interior / Marketing or equivalent.

Must own a bike with a valid license.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Passion for sales and ability to build long-term client relationships.
