**Job Specification:

- **
- To achieve the Business Plan targets;
- To supervise the field staff working under you including their work in the field by means of planned and supervise visits;
- To do daily closing and to make necessary periodical reporting to the higher authorities;
- Be on the watch for cases of embezzlement and misappropriation of client or Company money;
- Initiate prompt action in disciplinary cases, according to the procedures laid down in the Company’s Standing Orders and Operation Manual;
- Preparation and submission of periodical monitoring and financial reports/ statement etc. for the Branch to appropriate authorities in an accurate and timely manner;
- Continuously searching for ways to reduce the operating costs and to increase the operating efficiency of the Company.
- To take day to day responsibilities for all the work to establish/ successful functioning of the Company wherever you posted;
- Following-up on Internal Audit of Unit, under your supervision, to ensure compliance and rectification of all irregularities;
- Setting a good example for all subordinate staff, the clients and the general public, so that the image of the Company is enhanced continuously.
