**Key Responsibilities**:

- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective selling techniques.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base.
- Actively seek out new business opportunities within the horticulture sector.
- **Product Knowledge**:
- Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the horticulture industry.
- Effectively communicate product features and benefits to clients.
- **Market Research**:
- Conduct market research to identify potential growth areas and market trends.
- Analyze competitor products and pricing to stay competitive in the market.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:
- Prepare regular sales reports and present findings to the management team.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
**Qualifications and Skills:.**
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Horticulture, or related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of horticultural products and industry trends.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
