**Role & responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through proactive prospecting and networking.
- Conduct engaging sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of our bottled water products and delivery services.
- Close sales and manage customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve customer inquiries or concerns.
- Greet and assist customers in-store, offering guidance as they shop for new products.
- Recommend relevant upsells to ensure customers have all they need.
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
- Gain a thorough understanding of product features and be able to troubleshoot basic issues for customers.
- Prepare and submit weekly sales performance reports to management.
- Support teammates with transactions and customer service when needed.
- Previous sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to succeed.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Quick learner with a proactive attitude.
- Experience in the water industry or beverages sector is required
