**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and social media.
- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and refine targeting strategies.
- Develop compelling ad copies and design effective landing pages to drive user engagement and conversions.
- Allocate and manage PPC budgets effectively to maximize ad spend efficiency and achieve campaign goals.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI).
- Perform A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and targeting to continually improve campaign performance.
- Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for optimization.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure PPC strategies align with overall marketing goals and integrate with other digital marketing efforts.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to leverage new opportunities and enhance campaign effectiveness.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, digital marketing or related field
- Proven experience in Ad Campaigns over Google, Meta and LinkedIn.
- Strong expertise in writing Ad copies and performance analysis.
- Proficient in using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other PPC-related analytics tools.
- Outstanding written and verbal English.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Pay: Up to ₹360,000.00 per year
