
Sales Representative

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Fitness Sales Representative to join our team. As a Fitness Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling fitness-related products or services, such as fitness memberships, personal training packages and diet advise.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Meet and Exceed Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by generating new leads, converting prospects into customers, and upselling/cross-selling existing customers.
2. Identify and Pursue New Sales Opportunities: Research and identify potential customers.
3. Build Relationships and Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Foster strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and offering personalized solutions.
4. Conduct Needs Assessments and Present Solutions: Conduct needs assessments with potential customers to understand their fitness goals and challenges. Present tailored solutions, such as fitness programs, training packages, or equipment, to meet their needs.
5. Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends and Products: Continuously educate yourself on the latest fitness trends, technologies, and products to maintain a competitive edge and provide expert advice to customers.
6. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, customer success, and operations teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
**Requirements**:
0-1 Years of Sales Experience in online fitness platform.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
