**Digital Marketing Executive - Fashion Industry**

**Position**: Digital Marketing Specialist
**Location**: Mumbai, Maharashtra

**Reports To**: Chief Executive Officer

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Digital Strategy Development**: Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
- **Social Media Management**: Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across all platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
- **SEO & SEM**: Optimize website content for SEO and manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) to drive traffic and conversions.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other digital analytics platforms.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the creative, product, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency and to create cohesive marketing strategies.
- **Influencer Marketing**: Identify and collaborate with fashion influencers to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
- **Budget Management**: Word with a minimum marketing budget and ensure all campaigns are cost-effective.
- **E-commerce Optimization**: Work to create an e-commerce platform, and provide excellent online shopping experience and conversion rates.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the fashion industry.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and CRM software.
- Proficient in social media platforms and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for fashion and digital trends.

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated.

**Application Process**:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
