**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of injection moulding machine operators, setters, and helpers.
- Ensure proper setup, adjustment, and operation of moulding machines and auxiliary equipment.
- Monitor production schedules to meet output, quality, and delivery targets.
- Troubleshoot moulding issues (defects, cycle problems, etc.) and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Maintain moulding machine parameters and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct training and development of team members on process improvement, safety, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with quality and maintenance departments to reduce downtime and rejections.
- Maintain shift logs, production records, and reports as required.
- Enforce health, safety, and housekeeping standards within the department.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
