- Production Supervisor**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Production Management**:

- Supervise daily operations of the injection moulding production line, ensuring timely and efficient production of high-quality products.
- Monitor production processes and adjust parameters as needed to meet production targets and maintain product quality.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., maintenance, quality control, logistics) to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any production issues.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Lead, train, and motivate a team of production operators and technicians.
- Develop and implement work schedules, assign tasks, and ensure that team members follow established procedures.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to improve productivity and morale.
- **Quality Control**:

- Ensure that all products meet quality standards and specifications.
- Implement and monitor quality control measures and conduct regular inspections of finished products.
- Address any quality issues promptly and work with the quality control department to implement corrective actions.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Promote a culture of safety within the production area and ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular safety training and enforce proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Ensure that production processes adhere to industry standards and regulations.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within the production line.
- Implement and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and lower costs.
- Stay current with industry best practices and technological advancements in injection moulding.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate production records, including production counts, downtime, and material usage.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on production performance, including productivity, quality, and safety metrics.
- Ensure all documentation is complete and up-to-date.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in a production role within the injection moulding industry, with at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong understanding of injection moulding processes, equipment, and materials.
- **Skills and Competencies**:

- Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a production team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot production issues effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using production management software and other relevant tools.
- **Certifications**:

- Relevant certifications or training in injection moulding or production management are advantageous.
- Safety certifications (e.g., OSHA) are a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
