**Job Title: Logistics & Dispatch Coordinator (Customer CELL & Shipping Follow-up)**
**Location**: Mumbai / Jogeshwari East
**Industry**: Garment Manufacturing & Exports
**Reporting To**: Senior Management
**Experience Required**: 3+ years in domestic logistics, courier services, or dispatch coordination

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Shipping & Dispatch Coordination**:

- Coordinate daily dispatches of finished goods as per customer PO/delivery schedules & take appointments for shipping.
- Ensure compliance with all shipping and courier protocols, including proper documentation, labeling, invoicing, and e-way bills.
- Liaise with courier/logistics partners to ensure timely pick-up, transit, and delivery.
- Track and monitor shipments until final delivery.

**Customer CELL (Communication & Coordination)**:

- Act as the central point of communication with customer logistics/warehouse teams.
- Share dispatch details, tracking numbers, and shipping documents with customers.
- Handle queries related to delivery schedules, delays, shortages, damages, or documentation.

**Post-Dispatch Follow-up**:

- Confirm delivery and inwarding status with customers after shipment reaches destination.
- Resolve any issues related to GRN (Goods Receipt Note), short supply, damages, or claims.
- Ensure customer inwarding protocols are followed to close the dispatch loop.

**Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain proper records of all dispatches, delivery notes, courier receipts, and correspondence.
- Prepare daily and weekly shipment status reports.
- Flag delays or discrepancies to the internal teams and escalate if needed.
- Export Documentation knowledge is added positive.
- Graduate in any discipline; logistics/supply chain diploma is a plus.
- **3+ years’ experience** in logistics, courier companies, or dispatch coordination roles.
- Familiar with domestic shipping protocols, e-way bill systems, and documentation norms.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills; customer-centric mindset.
- Organized, reliable, and able to handle high-volume dispatch operations.

**Preferred Backgrounds**:

- Previous roles in **dispatch**, **customer service**, or **supply chain execution** in manufacturing/export houses.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
