- Job Description-
- Must Have- We are looking for a talented **Graphic Designer** with strong visual communication skills, strong stakeholder communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for both digital and print design. This role requires a consultative approach and will focus on delivering diverse design solutions for our client in the pharmaceutical industry, supporting their omnichannel strategy with rapid content adaptation and execution across multiple platforms.- **Key Responsibilities**

- With strong stakeholder communication skills, develop artwork for a variety of multichannel assets and communicate ideas for continuous improvement
- Ensure expected level of creative quality is consistent throughout the lifetime of projects
- With majority use of existing templates, ensuring consistency of brand and program identity throughout all stages of project execution and creative development
- Working knowledge of print, 4 colour process and spot colour printing and all standard print practices across digital and conventional disciplines with asset delivery experience
- Capability to create colour palettes and stylesheets in alignment with provided guidelines.
- Drive the development of creative assets tailored for omnichannel strategies.
- Good to have**Skills and Experience**
- Should possess 1 year digital and print design experience ideally including User Interface design, with a mix of agency and client-side experience- Significant expertise with Full Adobe suite: Photoshop, XD, Illustrator, InDesign and additional platforms such as Figma
- Familiarity of working within a project management system such as Jira
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry would be highly competitive
- Experience completing tasks under strict layout principles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while establishing and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
- Working knowledge of video editing and ideally motion graphics/SFX - Adobe Premiere Pro and preferably also After Effects would be an advantage.
- Should be experienced in providing technical guidance, ensuring adherence to best practices, and reviewing work for quality, consistency, and alignment with project goals.
- Have a structured approach and be timeline and quality driven with adherence to design processes.
- Should possess good oral and written communication skills and have collaborative approach
- Be well-organized, and able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment with strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with/working knowledge of UI/UX Design would be a distinct advantage. Experience creating interactive and visually compelling experiences for iPad, iPhone, and other mobile devices.

**Minimum Requirements**
- Graduate/post-graduate with relevant years of experience. Preferable experience in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
- Experience in pharma or a similarly regulated industry is highly advantageous.
- Experience in working with design systems and Figma
- Should be proficient with business English and native oral and written fluency
