**Job Summary**:
Location: Mumbai

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and engage potential clients to sell advertising solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with businesses, agencies, and brands.
- Pitch, negotiate, and close advertising deals to meet sales targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop customized ad solutions.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demand.
- Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and reports for clients.
- Ensure client satisfaction by providing post-sales support and campaign performance insights.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM software.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in **advertising sales, media sales, or business development**.
- Strong understanding of **digital, print, and social media advertising**.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
