**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Mobilisation Planning**: Develop and implement comprehensive mobilization plans to ensure timely and effective deployment of resources, personnel, and equipment.

- **Resource Management**: Ensure that all necessary resources are mobilized and available as per the project requirements. This includes coordinating with suppliers and vendors as needed.
- **Problem Solving**: Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the mobilization process in a timely and effective manner.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures during the mobilization process.
- **Reporting**: Monitor and report on mobilization progress, providing regular updates to management and stakeholders.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with project managers, operational teams, and other departments to align mobilization efforts with overall project objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
