Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Refers applicants for particular job openings, administers pre-employment tests, checks references, and conducts exit interviews.
- Determines best avenue in recruiting (e.g., advertising, direct contact, employee referrals, research organizations, employment agencies, and job fairs).
- Prepares job postings, specifications for recruitment agencies, job descriptions and other materials in accordance with the organization's recruitment standards.
- Responds to inquiries about the organization's recruitment activities and status of job vacancies.

Educational Requirements
- University (Degree) Preferred

Work Experience
- 2+ Years Required; 3+ Years Preferred

Physical Requirements
- Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work

Required:

- Experience in handling full-life cycle of US recruitment process (sourcing; screening and submitting qualified profiles).
- Experience with stakeholder management
- Must have prior experience with Non-IT/Functional recruiting.
- Must have hands-on experience with job boards like Indeed, etc.
- Must have hands-on recruiting experience with professional networking sites (LinkedIn, etc.).
- Must have prior experience with recruiting CRM/ATS (Workday would be highly preferred)
- Must have excellent communication skills.
