- **Business Development**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the AV industry through networking, prospecting, and market research.
- **Client Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients.
- **Solution Presentation**: Conduct compelling presentations and product demonstrations of our AV solutions, effectively communicating their technical capabilities and business value.
- **Proposal Generation**: Prepare detailed and accurate sales proposals, quotes (BOQ), and contracts.
- **Target Achievement**: Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) consistently.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with our technical and post-sales teams to ensure seamless project implementation.
- **Market Insight**: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging AV technologies, and competitor offerings.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the company's CRM software.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- **Experience**: A minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the Audio Visual or a related technology industry.
- **Product Knowledge**: Extensive knowledge of AV systems, including display technologies (Samsung, Delta, Activ LED), audio systems (JBL, Harman), and control systems (AMX).
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong ability to assess client needs and offer tailored AV solutions.
- **Independent Work**: Proven ability to work independently, manage a sales pipeline effectively, and drive results.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- **Certification**: Certifications such as CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) are a plus.
