Support in development of mechanism for financial monitoring, regular and consistent

reporting of financial progress against yearly/ overall targets and keep track record.

II. Support in identifying various sources of funding for the proposed project components under

the Mission including possible convergence with XVth Finance Commission and other central

programs.

III. Review financial progress under the Mission and provide comments/ suggestion/ remarks etc.

IV. Support ensuring that separate accounts for the project are duly maintained, and that receipts

and expenditures are duly segregated by financing source.
