Key Competencies:

- Knowledge of good maintenance practices
- Must be good team player, self starter, good enthusiasm
- Knowledge of CBM and TBM
- Able to handle the team of maintenance
- Trouble shooting skill and able to read the engineering drawings
- Knowledge of rotating, static Equipments, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment
- The internal and external communication skill
- Knowledge of ISO system
- Knowledge of various safety standards, rules, regulations
- Knowledge of OHSAS, HAZOP, JSA

Key Accountabilities:

- Implementation and follow the schedule of preventive/predictive maintenance
- Lead and guide the maintenance teams for right jobs
- Adopt and implement global maintenance directives in workshop
- Monthly maintenance, consumables report
- Skill development of the team
- Monthly report preparation
- CMMS - reduce the backlog of works
- Co ordinate with cross functional team
- Ensure organization Global safety, Quality and Environmental policy
- Responsible for minimum stock/spares availability
- Operation PXB execution
