Description

We're looking for a humble, ambitious, and a self-starter who has a knack of creating innovative products through a mix of qualitative and quantitative methods. Like us, you take product development seriously, you're passionate about technology, and even more so about leadership. We embrace those who see things differently, aren't afraid to experiment, and who have a healthy disregard for constraints. That’s where you come in. You should also be frequently referring to best practices and latest techniques in product management around discovery and scaling. You should be curious to uncover user needs through exploratory and focused conversations with technology providers and their teams. You should also be extensively relying on data driven insights to inform which features to prioritize for development and to also size the opportunity landscape. You will implement a “lean” approach to product development where you along with your design and engineering team would strive for early validation of learnings and continuously iterate to achieve the goals.

**Abilities needed for this role**:
Assist in managing equity plan and carta; Assist with aspects of our global equity programs and coordinate with Finance, HR, Tax and Payroll teams, providing accurate and timely information regarding equity transactions; Provide regular communication to employees regarding equity programs, resolving questions, issues or concerns to support employee understanding of equity awards and company programs and policies.

Expand legal services and compliance, incluidng filling the role of Stock Plan Administrator (SPA)

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in stock plan administration, including experience working at a public company; Experience with Carta, and Excel and Google Sheet.
- Law Graduate with minimum 5 years of post qualification experience; preferred qualification - Company Secretary.
- As a coporate attorney for governance, you will provide a wide range of legal services and advice in the areas of securities law and corporate governance, with a focus on supporting corporate financing and capital markets funding transactions.
- As a Stock Plan Administrator, you will assist in the day-to-day administration of our global employee equity programs, including equity grants, option exercises, and more.
- You will partner with key stakeholders in our Finance, Accounting, Legal and HR teams to answer employee inquiries, improve processes, implement controls and provide reporting as needed.
- You will also work directly with external auditors and third party vendors.
- This position will report to the General Counsel.
