**Key Responsibilities**

**Teaching & Curriculum Delivery**:

- Plan and deliver interactive and engaging computer science lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum.
- Introduce students to practical coding, software development, and IT concepts.

**Student Engagement & Development**:

- Encourage logical thinking and problem-solving skills through hands-on projects and activities.
- Guide students in participating in coding competitions, tech fairs, and IT-related extracurricular activities.
- Identify and address individual student learning needs to ensure academic success.

**Assessment & Reporting**:

- Prepare, conduct, and evaluate assignments, tests, and projects.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and track their progress.
- Maintain accurate academic records and prepare reports for parents and school management.

**Collaboration & Professional Growth**:

- Stay updated with advancements in computer science and educational technology.
- Participate in staff meetings, workshops, and professional development programs.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field with a B.Ed. (mandatory).
- **Programming Skills**: Proficiency in Python, Java, C++, HTML, and other relevant programming languages.
- **Technology Proficiency**: Familiarity with digital learning tools, educational software, and smart classroom technology.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Classroom Management**: Ability to create a disciplined and interactive learning environment.
