**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching and Curriculum Delivery**:

- Deliver lessons in Computer Science for classes at TGT/PGT levels in alignment with the CBSE syllabus.
- Plan and implement engaging lesson plans, ensuring clear communication of key concepts and maintaining high academic standards.
- Teach a variety of topics in computer science including programming languages (such as Python, Java, C++), data structures, algorithms, computer networks, database management, and web technologies.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Maintain a positive and supportive classroom environment to encourage active learning and student engagement.
- Ensure discipline, manage student behavior, and foster mutual respect among students.
- Use diverse teaching methods, including digital tools, to cater to varied learning styles.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Prepare and conduct assessments (tests, quizzes, projects) and grade them according to CBSE guidelines.
- Provide constructive feedback on student performance, identifying strengths and areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and share feedback with parents during parent-teacher meetings.
- **Student Support**:

- Assist students with doubts and provide additional guidance through one-on-one or small group sessions.
- Encourage students to develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills through assignments, projects, and extra-curricular activities.
- Organize and supervise student projects, coding competitions, and technology-related events.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated with the latest trends in technology and developments in the field of computer science.
- Participate in workshops, training, and seminars to improve teaching techniques and professional knowledge.
- Collaborate with colleagues for the betterment of the department and to contribute to the school's academic development.
- **Administrative Responsibilities**:

- Assist in maintaining the computer science lab and ensure all resources (hardware/software) are in good condition.
- Contribute to departmental meetings, curriculum development, and planning.
- Communicate with parents regarding student progress, assignments, and overall performance.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Qualifications (TGT/PGT)**:

- **TGT**: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields with a B.Ed.
- **PGT**: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields (M.Sc./MCA) with a B.Ed.
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience teaching computer science at the TGT/PGT level in a CBSE-affiliated school.
- Experience with various programming languages (Python, Java, C++, etc.) and computer science concepts.
- Familiarity with the CBSE curriculum and examination process.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, and web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Ability to design and implement computer science projects and assignments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to use educational technology tools effectively.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
