**Key Responsibilities**:
**Curriculum Planning and Delivery**:

- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the CBSE curriculum requirements.
- Cover topics such as programming languages (e.g., Python, C++), data structures, algorithms, database management, networking, and cybersecurity.

**Student Assessment**:

- Design and administer tests, assignments, and projects to assess student understanding and progress.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students on their performance.
- Prepare students for board exams by conducting revision classes, mock tests, and providing exam strategies.

**Laboratory and Practical Sessions**:

- Maintain the computer lab and ensure that all equipment is functioning correctly.
- Encourage students to participate in coding competitions, hackathons, and other extracurricular activities related to computer science.

**Student Mentorship**:

- Act as a mentor to students, providing guidance on academic and career-related matters.
- Identify students who need extra help and provide additional support through remedial classes or one-on-one sessions.

**Technology Integration**:

- Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and integrate them into the teaching process.
- Encourage the use of educational technology tools to enhance the learning experience.

**Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience for students.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress, achievements, and any concerns.

**Professional Development**:

- Participate in professional development programs, workshops, and seminars to enhance teaching skills and stay updated with educational trends.
- Contribute to the school’s academic community by sharing knowledge and participating in school events.

**Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress reports.
- Contribute to school administrative tasks as required, such as organizing events, participating in school committees, and other related duties.

**Qualifications**:

- A Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- A B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) degree is typically required.
- Strong knowledge of the CBSE Computer Science curriculum.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python, C++, Java, etc.
- Previous teaching experience at the secondary or higher secondary level is preferred.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to engage and inspire students.
- Patience and adaptability to cater to the varying needs of students.
- Proficient in the use of educational technology and tools.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of teaching experience in a reputed CBSE school is preferred.
- Experience with online teaching platforms and tools is an advantage.
