**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day operations across Myntra, Flipkart, and Ajio seller panels.
- Plan and execute growth strategies to increase brand visibility, traffic, and conversions.
- Handle product listing, catalog creation, image uploads, and content optimization.
- Monitor pricing, discounts, and offers in line with brand and platform policies.
- Coordinate with marketplace account managers for promotions, campaigns, and new launches.
- Analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and competitor data to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure timely stock replenishment.
- Oversee order processing, returns, and customer service issues related to marketplace sales.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, finance, and warehouse) for seamless operations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations (preferably fashion/apparel category).
- Hands-on experience with **Myntra, Flipkart, and Ajio** seller panels.
- Strong understanding of online sales metrics and marketplace algorithms.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic data analysis.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
