Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:

- Product & Catalog Management
- Manage product listings, descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory on Myntra.
- Regularly update product information to ensure accuracy, appeal, and consistency.
- Coordinate with warehouse/operations team to ensure timely dispatches.

Order & Fulfillment Operations
- Handle Myntra order processing, returns, and disputes.
- Monitor and improve performance metrics (RTO, cancellation rate, return rate, dispatch SLA).
- Communicate with Myntra category managers and resolve escalations.

Payment & Reconciliation
- Monitor and reconcile payments from Myntra, ensuring accuracy and timely settlements.
- Analyze sales data and suggest strategies to increase revenue.

Brand Growth & Strategy
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns and offers.
- Analyze customer behavior and trends to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams to align e-commerce initiatives with broader digital marketing strategies.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in e-commerce operations, with a focus on fashion/lifestyle brands.
- Strong understanding of online sales platforms and digital marketing strategies.
- Proficient in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and e-commerce tracking tools.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams.
