Good To Grab is India’s first surplus food app dedicated to reducing food waste while offering exceptional value to our customer's. We connect food businesses with surplus food to consumers, making a positive impact on the environment and society in India. We are seeking a highly creative and professional Graphic Designer to join our team and help us convey our mission through visually stunning and impactful designs.

As a Graphic Designer at Good To Grab, you will be instrumental in shaping our brand’s visual identity. You will design compelling graphics that enhance user engagement, promote our mission, and effectively communicate our brand’s values. Your creative prowess and attention to detail will play a key role in our efforts to make surplus food accessible and appealing to users.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Visual Design**:

- Create engaging and high-quality visual content for our app, website, social media, and marketing materials.
- Develop graphics that effectively communicate our mission of reducing food waste and highlight the benefits of using our app.

**Brand Development**:

- Ensure that all design work adheres to our brand guidelines, maintaining consistency and professionalism across all platforms.

Contribute to the evolution of our visual identity, enhancing brand recognition and user experience.

**User Interface Design**:

- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing app interfaces that enhance user experience and drive engagement.
- Work on creating app elements, icons, and other visual components that are both functional and attractive.

**Marketing and Promotional Materials**:

- Develop creative concepts and layouts for offline and online advertising to attract and retain users.

**Content Creation**:

- Produce custom illustrations, infographics, and other visual content to support our messaging and educational initiatives about surplus food and sustainability.
- Create visuals that resonate with our diverse audience, from food businesses to everyday consumers.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 2+ years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design skills and creativity.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design tools.
- Experience with UI/UX design principles and tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma) is a plus.
- Ability to create visually appealing and user-centric designs.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- **Creativity**: Demonstrated ability to think creatively and produce original and innovative designs that stand out.
