**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Conceptualization and Design**: Develop innovative and visually appealing design concepts for a variety of projects, including:

- Marketing materials (brochures, flyers, presentations)
- Branding materials (logos, style guides)
- Print materials (packaging, signage)
- **Brand Identity**: Maintain and evolve our brand identity, ensuring consistency across all visual communications.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing, content, and other teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audiences.
- **Project Management**: Manage design projects from concept to completion, adhering to deadlines and budgets.
- **File Preparation**: Prepare and deliver final design files in various formats for both digital and print production.
- **Visual Communication**: Effectively communicate design ideas and concepts to internal teams and stakeholders.
- **Design Trends**: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and projects.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including:

- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign

- Solid understanding of design principles (typography, color theory, layout, composition).
- Excellent visual communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
- Ability to receive and incorporate feedback constructively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
