**Job Title**: Fresher - B. Sc. Or B.Tech in Textile Engineering (Quality Assurance & Vendor Onboarding)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Product Quality Assessment:
a. Evaluate têxtile products submitted by vendors for quality, compliance, and adherence to industry standards.

b. Conduct physical inspections and performance tests on samples, when necessary.

c. Provide detailed feedback and recommendations to vendors regarding product improvements.

2. Vendor Onboarding:
a. Guide new vendors through the onboarding process, ensuring all necessary documentation and product information are accurately provided.

b. Educate vendors on the platform's policies, quality standards, and best practices.

c. Assist vendors in setting up their online storefronts and product listings.

3. Quality Standards Enforcement:
a. Develop and maintain a checklist of quality criteria for têxtile products featured on the e-marketplace.

b. Monitor and audit existing product listings to ensure ongoing compliance with quality standards.

c. Collaborate with the compliance team to address any violations or issues.

4. Communication & Support:
a. Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors regarding product quality queries and concerns.

b. Facilitate effective communication between vendors and internal teams, such as customer service and marketing.

c. Organize training sessions or workshops for vendors to enhance product quality and compliance.

5. Data Management & Reporting:
a. Maintain accurate records of product evaluations, vendor interactions, and onboarding progress.

b. Generate reports on quality metrics, vendor performance, and product issues.

c. Provide insights and recommendations to improve the overall quality assurance process.

6. Market Research:
a. Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and standards in the têxtile industry.

b. Analyze competitor platforms to identify areas for improvement in product offerings and quality assurance.

**Qualifications**:

- Educational Requirement: B. Sc. Or B.Tech in Textile Engineering or equivalent from a recognized institution.
- Basic understanding of quality control principles and têxtile industry standards.
- Knowledge of têxtile testing methods and compliance regulations.
- Previous internships or projects related to têxtile quality assessment or e-commerce (a plus but not required).
