**Job Title**:BDM (Data Analytics and AI)

**Location**:Kolkata

**Experience**:3 to 5+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on Data Analytics or AI solutions.

**Job Brief**

**Responsibilities**

Sales Strategy and Planning
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform sales strategies.

Business Development
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective campaigns and materials that resonate with potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and customer needs.

Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their business needs and aligning our solutions to address those needs.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations on how our data analytics and AI solutions can add value to their business.

Product Knowledge
- Possess a deep understanding of our data analytics and AI products and services.
- Effectively communicate the technical aspects and business benefits of our solutions to clients.

Sales Presentations and Demonstrations
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our data analytics and AI offerings.
- Tailor presentations to address specific client challenges and requirements.

Negotiation and Closing
- Lead contract negotiations, address objections, and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
- Work closely with legal and finance teams to ensure the smooth execution of contracts.

Collaboration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer success, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Provide feedback from the field to inform product development and enhancements.

Reporting and Analysis
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM tools.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the technology sector.
- Strong understanding of data analytics, artificial intelligence, and related technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
