**Role description**:Professional experience** in business analysis, requirement gathering, and solution workflow design for AI/ML/Analytics projects.
- **Experience in LLM/Gen AI** - Prompt Engineering, RAG, and hyperparameter tuning.
- **Strong programming skills** in Python and SQL.
- **Experience in deep learning techniques**.
- **Excellent communication skills** to effectively collaborate with business SMEs and UX teams.
- **Intermediate knowledge of DevOps practices**, including CI/CD, automation, build management, and versioning.
- **Understanding of cloud services**, including Microsoft Azure, GCP, or Amazon Web Services.
- **Experience with PySpark** is an added advantage.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- **Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills**.
- **Proficient in data fetching, data merging, data wrangling**, exploratory data analysis, and feature engineering.
- **Strong SQL skills** with working knowledge of machine learning algorithms.
- **Fully drive client engagement** and align the development team with the technical roadmap.
- **Lead teams of data scientists** to achieve project outcomes.
- **Implement analytical requirements** by defining and analyzing system problems, designing and testing standards, and developing solutions.
- **Develop solutions** by preparing and evaluating alternative workflow options.
- **Determine operational objectives** by studying business functions, gathering information, and evaluating output requirements and formats.
- **Design new analytical solutions** by analyzing requirements, constructing workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities, and writing specifications.
- **Improve systems** by studying current practices and designing modifications.
- **Recommend controls** by identifying problems and writing improved procedures.
- **Define project requirements** by identifying milestones, phases, and elements, forming project teams, and establishing project budgets.
- **Monitor project progress** by tracking activities, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, and recommending actions.
- **Maintain system protocols** by writing and updating procedures.
- **Provide references for users** by writing and maintaining user documentation, providing help desk support, and training users.
- **Maintain user confidence and protect operations** by keeping information confidential.
- **Prepare technical reports** by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
- **Maintain professional and technical knowledge** by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, and participating in professional societies.
