**Job Title**: Data Scientist - AI/ML Specialist
**Location**: Kolkata, India

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Analysis**:

- Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, detect issues, and extract actionable insights.
- Present findings to stakeholders using clear visualizations and reports.
- **AI/ML Model Development**:

- Develop, train, and fine-tune AI/ML models tailored to specific business needs.
- Collaborate with app development teams to integrate models for improved performance and user experience.
- **Large Language Model (LLM) Customization**:

- Create and customize LLMs based on business requirements in a cost-effective manner.
- **Vector Database Expertise**:

- Leverage knowledge of vector databases to manage and retrieve high-dimensional data efficiently.
- **Framework Proficiency**:

- Utilize **TensorFlow** and **PyTorch** for building, training, and deploying AI models.
- **Problem Solving and Strategic Thinking**:

- Translate complex data-driven insights into actionable strategies.
- Address challenges proactively and align solutions with business goals.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience in AI/ML model development and deployment.
- Hands-on experience in working with vector databases and LLMs.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in **TensorFlow**, **PyTorch**, and other AI/ML frameworks.
- Strong programming skills in Python and libraries like NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for deploying AI solutions.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Strategic thinking and a proactive approach to challenges.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- vector database: 1 year (preferred)
- TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other AI/ML frameworks: 1 year (preferred)
- NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn: 1 year (preferred)
