**Ideal Profile**:

- Full-time Master's Degree (preferably a PhD) in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, Statistics, or Mathematics.
- Relevant industry experience **:4+ years for Master's degree holders or 1-2 years for PhD holders.**

**Skills Required**:
**Essential**:

- Strong proficiency in Python programming.
- Excellent knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms.
- Experience with AI/ML techniques, including CNN, RNN, LLMs, classification, and clustering.

**Desirable**:

- Working knowledge of C++.
- Familiarity with 3GPP and telecommunications is a plus.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Algorithm Development and Innovation:

- Design and implement cutting-edge AI/ML algorithms to address technical challenges, particularly in the 3GPP domain.
- Conduct research and refine algorithms to enhance performance and scalability.

2. Documentation and Presentation:

- Document the technical aspects of algorithms, including methodologies, workflows, and expected outcomes, in a clear and structured manner.
- Present designs, results, and insights to team members and stakeholders to drive innovation and support decision-making.

3. Integration and Deployment:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of AI/ML solutions into products.

4. Team Collaboration:

- Work closely with the team to share responsibilities and ensure the overall success of projects.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and knowledge-sharing initiatives to foster a collaborative environment.

5. Continuous Learning and Improvement:

- Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI/ML and related technologies.
- Proactively explore new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance the team's technical capabilities and drive innovation.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
