**Roles & Responsibilities:1. Lead Generation & Prospecting**
- Identify potential students through databases, inquiries, referrals, and online sources.
- Cold-calling and following up with leads generated through marketing campaigns.

**2. Counselling & Consultation**
- Understand students' academic backgrounds, interests, and career aspirations.
- Provide detailed information about courses, curriculum, eligibility, fees, scholarships, and career outcomes.
- Address queries related to admissions, entrance exams, financial aid, and other concerns.

**3. Sales & Conversion**
- Use persuasion techniques to convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Meet and exceed admission targets and revenue goals.
- Handle objections and concerns effectively to close sales.

**4. Relationship Management**
- Maintain relationships with students and parents, assisting them in making informed decisions.
- Build trust and credibility with potential applicants and their families.

**5. Coordination & Reporting**
- Work closely with the admissions and marketing teams to align strategies.
- Keep records of leads, interactions, and conversions in CRM software.
- Provide daily/weekly/monthly reports on call performance and enrollment status.
