IT Sourcers

This position will collaborate and support our India RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) business in the development and implementation of strong sourcing services.

**Responsibilities**:
Conducts external searches through strategic sourcing (networking, cold-calling, job board utilization, etc.)

Utilizes advanced internet mining techniques (in-depth will be provided)

Identifies and researches recruiting events

Identifies and researches new innovative and creative sourcing methods

Develops and maintains a high volume of referrals

Interfaces directly with the Recruiter to gain understanding of position requirements and all aspects of the clients requirements

Follows processes to achieve SLAs/metrics

Work within the technology platform (ATS) to track all aspects of the recruitment process for reporting purposes and talent management

Posts jobs as requires on multiple sourcing channels
- Desirable Qualifications and Experience:

- Technical:
Demonstrates the ability to quickly learn new internet searching skills during the development of Boolean strings rapport evaluate and prioritize tasks in a high volume staffing environment

Research skills and ability to “think-outside-the-box” and identify 2nd level of information regarding talent skills and experience

Experience with entering data into a database, with a focus on quality.

Process orientated and ability to follow structured methodology

Problem solver with analytical thinking, an ability to explore options and ideas to get results

Professional:
Demonstrates the ability to quickly evaluate and prioritize tasks in a high volume recruitment environment

Demonstrates the ability to build rapport with job seekers - focus will be on strong listening skills and ability to capture key information on talent skills, experience and motivations

Effectively utilizes strong communication, interpersonal, consultative and negotiation skills

Drives results in a positive and professional manner in a deadline-oriented environment

Ability to work in a fast paced, intense work culture globally and have the ability to adapt to constant changes and competing priorities

Exceptional communication, interpersonal, consultative & negotiation skills

Accurate data capture & timely reporting on service metrics

Results driven and deadline-oriented
- Experience/Education:
Required: 2+ years’ work experience and demonstrated proactive/passive customer service skills

Skills in customer service through telephone so great communications skills

Recruitment and/or sourcing experience would be an advantage

Research skills and ability to analyse data and summarise

Bachelor’s Degree preferred
